Krome Body can print any design you want for any occasion - whether it's for a wedding, convention, product launch, promotion, or just for fun!
Krome Body tattoos are completely safe and non-toxic. We have third party testing certifications for all our products meeting all standards for a 100% safe product. Our team will personally ensure that your design is pixel-perfect before sending them off to the printers. Our high-quality ink shines bright and will last at least 3-7 days after application. How specific does the form need to be?
Nothing in the form has to be too specific or finalized. Don't worry if you don't have a specific quantity or sheet size, or even a finalized design yet. We can help smooth out all the details of your order as we go.
How does the whole process normally go?
You send us your request, and we'll give you a mockup within 1-3 business days (usually one). After we have your approval for the finalized design, we'll send you an invoice, and then the tattoo will go into production (10-15 business days). The final step is shipping the product out, which we do from our office in San Francisco directly to you.
What is your average turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time is 12 business days once the design is completed. If you have a tight deadline or a fixed schedule, let us know and we'll be able to work with you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity varies by tattoo size. For the best possible pricing we recommend the following: small tattoos have a minimum order of 5,000, medium tattoos are 3,000, and large tattoo sheets are 1,000. However, we are able to do lower quantities, so just let us know what you are thinking.
Can we order multiple sheets at a time?
Yes, just make a note of it in your message. You can upload a composite image of your sheets in the form, or send the rest of the images at a later time when we get in touch with you. Note that the minimum order quantity still applies per sheet. For example, 500 of one sheet and 500 of another cannot make up the minimum of 1,000 per large sheet.
What is included in the price?
Basic design assistance, back sheet design, mockups and proofs, and the cost of printing. Standard USPS domestic ground shipping is also included.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes! The larger your order quantity, the less it will cost to print. So don't hesitate to throw us a big order!
Is there a charge for adding extra (non-gold/silver) metallic color?
We would need to make a special mold for any extra metallic color, so yes, there would be an extra charge. The exact price will depend on the size and quantity of your order. Metallic gold or silver will never cost extra, however.
Is there a charge for any NON-metallic color?
No, there is no extra charge for any non-metallic (CMYK) colors. We will be happy to print any number of CMYK colors you want. However, if you need a specific pantone color, there will be an additional charge; the exact price will depend on the size and quantity of your order.
What format should I send my file in?
We prefer a vector format such as an Adobe Illustrator .AI or EPS file format. The colors should be in CMYK format. We would also be happy to help you vector a clean, high-quality JPEG/PNG/PSD/etc file if that is all you have available.
What dimensions should my be design be?
The exact size of your tattoo sheet. Please include a bit of white space along the margins for printing. If you are unsure of the dimensions of your file, just specify how large you would like your tattoo sheet to be and we would be happy to assist.
How many total colors can the design have?
For standard pricing you may choose any number of CMYK colors you wish, plus metallic gold and silver.
How should I indicate metallic gold/silver in the design?
You may put a grainy texture over the metallic sections, or simply make a note of it if the colors are not confusing.
Can I have multiple designs on one sheet?
Of course! The number of designs you may have is only limited by the size of your sheet. Remember to include white space around each design for easier cutting.
Can the back sheet be customized?
Yes it can! We can include your company name, logo, or whatever else you would like. Otherwise, the back will either be blank or have a default set of instructions, depending on the size of the sheet. We recommend to at least always have the instructions on the back.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Packaging will come at an extra cost, but if you would like it, go ahead and send us a message and we can discuss the details.
What are the payment options?
Payments can be made securely online via credit card, debit card, wire transfer, or Paypal. You may also pay by check or direct bank deposit. All payments must be received before production begins.
What are the shipping options?
We are able to ship using any carrier you request that's available from our San Francisco location. This includes expedited shipping and any other services available. By default, we will ship through USPS. Our standard shipping, USPS domestic ground shipping, is included in the pricing. Any other options is the responsibility of the customer.
How long does the shipping process take?
We'll ship the packages to you as soon as your tattoos are printed and double-checked by us. Shipping will vary depending on your location, but standard shipping will be 3-5 business days within the US.
How will my tattoos be packaged?
Your tattoos will come bundled in a stack and secured in plastic wrapping. Other packaging options such as individual wrapping or custom envelopes are available at an additional cost.
